Hi! My name is Eugene Richter and I am an IT Support Specialist. I have been going to WITC for the
past couple of years to get an associate degree in Microcomputers.
While attending WITC of Rice Lake, Wisconsin, I had the opportunity to learn computer skills
in the operating systems and programs:
Windows 2000, Windows XP Professional, DOS Command Line, Microsoft Office product including
PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel,Access, and HTML, also DOS command line, Novell Netware, and
Microsoft LAN Administration.
For the last seven years, I have been diagnosing, installing, and upgrading
various operating systems, primarily Windows 95 to Windows XP
also while attending WITC, I have trouble shooted other prospects and successfully
have updated, and fix them either back to the original state to making them work to the
customers satisfaction.
At Wright Products of Rice Lake, Wisconsin,
I had one year experience working on the Windows NT System and coordinated
job activities for 9-11 people on various Die Cast Machines when the Lead was absent.
This job has strengthened my communication skills and patience working with other employees.
